Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Help manage the company's website and social media platforms by uploading content and monitoring engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including documentation, scheduling, and filing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA), Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
