Job Summary
We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to help manage multiple businesses and client accounts. This role involves a combination of administrative, operational, and marketing support tasks. The ideal candidate is someone organized, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work 2 PM to 11 PM, 3 PM to 12 midnight, or on flexible hours (mainly starting between 12 PM to 4 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations across several businesses
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client communications
• Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Assist in marketing tasks such as content creation and campaign tracking
• Handle administrative support, including documentation and follow-ups
• Conduct light research and data gathering for business initiatives
• Support project tracking and internal team coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel, Project Management Tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
