Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to support our construction projects and head office operations. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance while ensuring smooth workforce deployment at project sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding for office and project-based staff.
  • Manage manpower deployment and site assignments in coordination with project managers.
  • Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure HR policies and safety compliance are implemented.
  • Assist in training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and construction site HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and coordinate with multiple project sites.
