hr generalist

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team.

This role will play a key part in supporting the HRIS Kami system implementation, ensuring accurate attendance monitoring, and coordinating with payroll for timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HR operations, employee records management, and HR systems administration.

1. HRIS Implementation (Kami System):

• Assist in the rollout and configuration of the HRIS Kami system.
• Encode, update, and maintain accurate employee data and records in the system.
• Coordinate with the software provider and internal IT for technical issues and updates.
• Conduct user training and provide support to employees on HRIS usage.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

2. Attendance and Payroll Coordination:

• Monitor daily attendance and leave reports from all departments and project sites.
• Validate attendance logs, overtime, and leave applications for payroll processing.
• Coordinate closely with the Payroll Officer to ensure timely salary computation.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Investigate attendance discrepancies and prepare necessary reports.

3. General HR Functions:

• Support recruitment activities, including screening and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, memoranda, and internal communications.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in HR reporting and audits as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Kami or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge in attendance management, payroll coordination, and government-mandated benefits.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Excel skills required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
