About the role

As an HR Generalist at Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources function for our dynamic organization. This full-time position is based in Lucena City, Quezon, and will involve a wide range of HR responsibilities to ensure our talented team is supported, engaged and developed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing generalist HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
  2. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  3. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
  4. Supporting the HR team in strategic HR projects and initiatives
  5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture

What we're looking for

  1. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
  2. Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and employment laws
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  5. Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office suite
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
