HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollment and employee communications.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare reports and analytics for HR metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
