Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollment and employee communications.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for HR metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
