About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and the implementation of HR policies and guidelines. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor laws while supporting employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy of salaries, overtime, allowances, and government contributions.
  • Implement and monitor company policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in an HR generalist or related HR role.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
