Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a virtual U.S. law office and Manila-based legal support team with administrative and business functions. Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate who is eager to establish a career foundation in business, law, or healthcare field. The role requires a responsible work ethic, professional appearance, proficient English communication, tech-savvy, adaptable to fluid work settings, flexibility in work hours (PH + US business hours), strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business support to an American lawyer and legal support team servicing U.S.-based hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinates plans, schedules, meetings, and logistics for daily operations.
- Performs office duties that include primary responsibility for activity reminders, team communications and coordination, updates to weekly status reports, and availability to support team administrative and business needs.
- Handles sensitive client support as directed, such as document preparation, confidential document retrieval and delivery, and limited email communications.
- Manages Google Workspace and supports team in all related features and functions.
- Manages projects, tasks, deadlines, and reminders using project management software.
- Supports Project Assistance with social media marketing tasks (Facebook Business, LinkedIn) and YouTube video production and editing when needed.
Work Schedules
- Full-time, Part-time, or per project options available.
- Flexible work settings, such as office sharing, onsite business location, or remote work.
- Must be available for on-call tasks depending on client business needs, such as on-call when needed to attend meetings with U.S.-based clients during U.S. time zone.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong commitment to becoming a highly efficient, productive team member who follows instructions and meets deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Organized, punctual, and responsive to communications.
- Tech-savvy with proven administrative support skills.
- Must demonstrate leadership potential, takes initiative, problem-solver, and commitment to meet team goals and business objectives.
- Preferred prior experience working in high-functioning, results-driven, and goal-oriented work environments

Schedule
