Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Makati. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily responsibilities including managing schedules, organizing and prioritizing correspondence, and maintaining records. Responsibilities also include conducting clerical tasks, providing executive-level administrative support, and ensuring professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively manage schedules, documentation, and office tasks
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and correspond professionally with stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for managing correspondence, meetings, and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to organize workload effectively with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or office environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
