Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
We are a growing Japanese restaurant group looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our purchasing, reimbursement, and office administration processes.
This role requires a graduate of Accountancy or a related course, with strong organizational, documentation, and financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document management
- Handle purchasing: request quotations, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor deliveries
- Verify and process reimbursement requests
- Maintain records of purchases, reimbursements, invoices, and payments
- Assist in petty cash monitoring and simple financial reporting
- Monitor office supplies and ensure cost-efficient procurement
- Coordinate with Accounting/Finance and support management operations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in admin, accounting, or purchasing
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work setup and can handle multiple tasks efficiently
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Rate: Minimum starting salary plus service charge (₱10,000–15,000+/month)
