About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and inter-department communications.
- Assist in special projects and general office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
