Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Metro Manila. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. What you'll be doing

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure
  3. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance
  4. Collaborate with the facilities and operations teams to identify and address maintenance needs
  5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset management
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Assist with the coordination and supervision of external contractors, as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Proven years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
  2. Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  3. Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and emergency situations
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
