About the role

We are looking for a talented Multi Skilled Technician/Maintenance Technician/Electrician to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.' in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing the facilities and equipment within our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform a wide range of technical maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with facility systems and equipment
  3. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance routines to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
  5. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure a safe working environment
  6. Respond promptly to emergency callouts and work efficiently to resolve issues

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician or Electrician.
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance procedures
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings and specifications
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
  6. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
