Regional Warehousing Manager – Visayas

This role oversees our operations in Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient warehousing and hauling of goods across the Visayas region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee warehouse operations ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Manage and optimize hauling activities to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Implement best practices in warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Supervise and develop warehouse teams, driving high performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement to support business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously improve processes for operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with 3+ years in a multi-site leadership role.
  • Strong background in inventory management, distribution, and transportation/hauling operations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across
    Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu
    as needed.
