Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Lead to oversee and manage warehousing operations across the Visayas region. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of warehouse activities, including inventory management, logistics coordination, distribution, and team supervision. The Regional Operations Lead will work closely with cross-functional departments to implement best practices, drive process improvements, and ensure that operational goals are consistently met to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop warehouse teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements in warehousing and logistics.
  • Willing to be based in the Visayas region and travel to different warehouse locations as needed.
