JOB TITLE: Warehouse Assistant (Documentation)

DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Operations

REPORTS TO: Transport Supervisor / Logistics Manager

I. JOB SUMMARY

Warehouse Assistant is to assist andensure all warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and timely across receiving, inventory control, shipping, and returns that matches physical stock and the site stays audit‑ready.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory/ receiving and shipping by updating logs, preparing documents and recording inventory against physical stock.
  • Record all movements, adjustments, and transfers attach supporting notes.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: College Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months & 1 year experience
  • Skills:
  • Good teamwork
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

  • May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Field-based work with exposure to varying weather conditions.
