Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: CEO/President, HR & Admin Manager

Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates. Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary issues, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate tracking and management of inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory turnover. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift certification required.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
