About the role

Reporting to the Operations Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join Fun Han Mart' as a Warehouse Manager. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse facility located in Western Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment and shipping
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimise warehouse productivity and inventory management
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing training, motivation and performance management
  • Ensure the warehouse facility and equipment are well-maintained and comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with the overall business strategy
  • Analyse data and generate reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in warehouse operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and supply chain management
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use warehouse management systems and other relevant software
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and optimise workflow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Commitment to health and safety, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
