RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and assign daily dispatch schedules for drivers and delivery staff.
  • Ensure timely departure and arrival of deliveries based on operational priorities.
  • Communicate delivery schedule to customers ahead of time in order to make necessary preparations.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as delivery receipts, waybills, or shipping instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Monitor the status of deliveries and provide updates to relevant departments.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations to resolve any issues that may arise during dispatch.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with customers and timely delivery of each shipment
  • Address and resolve delays, delivery mismatches, or urgent changes in schedules.
  • Report recurring issues to the Warehouse Supervisor for improvements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor in fulfilling the effectiveness of the position

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Customs Administration or supply chain related field
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or dispatching preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, warehouse systems).
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ensures accuracy in schedules, documentation, and shipments.
  • Reliable in meeting dispatch timelines and supporting the team.
  • Clear and respectful in dealing with drivers, staff, and management.
  • Flexible in handling last-minute changes or unexpected issues.
  • Willing to be assigned at Western Bicutan, Taguig. (Veterans Compound)
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
