ALPS Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by providing administrative assistance, processing orders, maintaining customer relations, and assisting with sales reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily tasks

Coordinate and follow up on clients inquiries.

Support sales reps with lead generation and follow-up on potential clients.

Prepare and update sales presentations and reports.

Maintain customer databases and ensure all sales information is accurately recorded.

Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients.

Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
