What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administrative role; experience with NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Can start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Support
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and internal reports
- Assist in scheduling, communication, and documentation for inter-departmental coordination
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
NetSuite Support
- Encode and update records (e.g. purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory logs, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain accurate data across modules (inventory, finance, procurement)
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards from the system.
Inventory & Logistics Monitoring
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for order processing and updates
- Support other departments with NetSuite-related concerns or data retrieval
