Our sister company, Modefino, is seeking a Furniture Sales Assistant.

Job Summary:

The Furniture Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs, preferences, and budget. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining showroom displays, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·       Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations.

·       Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting furniture that matches their style, space, and budget.

·       Explain product features, materials, warranties, and care instructions.

·       Prepare sales quotations and process customer orders accurately.

·       Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams for product availability and scheduling.

·       Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom by arranging displays and ensuring cleanliness.

·       Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally.

·       Achieve individual and store sales targets.

·       Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and pricing.

·       Assist in inventory checks and stock management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or college level in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home furnishings, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays and extended hours from time to time.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office).
  • Physically fit to move and arrange furniture displays as needed.
