The Sales Support Assistant serves as a vital link between customers and the sales team, handling initial customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service orientation aligned with TEI's HERROIC values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle initial customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and directing qualified leads to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotations, manage sales documentation (contracts, orders, receipts), and accurately track sales pipeline activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate order processing from receipt through fulfillment, working closely with Operations, Finance, and delivery teams for timely completion.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and Limited Time Offers (LTOs) coordinating material distribution and monitoring compliance at assigned locations.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned customer accounts, process repeat orders, and coordinate with the Finance department on billing concerns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly activity summaries, monthly performance metrics, and quarterly trend analysis for the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably in retail, food service, or consumer goods industries. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, reliability, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
