About the role
As a Sales Executive Assistant at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC., you will play a crucial role in supporting our top-performing sales executives. This full-time, hybrid/field-based position allows you to work both from our Makati City office and out in the field, giving you the flexibility to thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to sales executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics
- Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to assist sales teams in developing effective strategies
- Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials to a high standard
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline activities and key performance metrics
- Assisting with event planning and execution, including client entertainment and industry networking opportunities
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support or executive assistant role, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Excel skills must include proficiency in data analysis tools for supporting sales reporting and pipeline management
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- CRM software training will be provided to ensure effective use of customer relationship management systems
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in Makati City and the Metro Manila area
- Working knowledge of local real estate market conditions and property trends in Makati City and Metro Manila is required
