About the role

As a Sales Executive Assistant at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC., you will play a crucial role in supporting our top-performing sales executives. This full-time, hybrid/field-based position allows you to work both from our Makati City office and out in the field, giving you the flexibility to thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to sales executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics
  2. Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to assist sales teams in developing effective strategies
  3. Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials to a high standard
  4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  5. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  6. Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline activities and key performance metrics
  7. Assisting with event planning and execution, including client entertainment and industry networking opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support or executive assistant role, preferably within the real estate industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  5. Advanced Excel skills must include proficiency in data analysis tools for supporting sales reporting and pipeline management
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  7. CRM software training will be provided to ensure effective use of customer relationship management systems
  8. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  9. Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in Makati City and the Metro Manila area
  10. Working knowledge of local real estate market conditions and property trends in Makati City and Metro Manila is required
