What You'll Do

  • E-Commerce Management

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
  • Customer Service Leadership

    Lead the customer service team to deliver timely, professional, and solution-oriented support across all channels.
  • Order Fulfillment & Coordination

    Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring

    Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, customer feedback, and service KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement

    Identify gaps in the customer journey and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Digital Collaboration

    Partner with marketing and IT teams to improve user experience, troubleshoot issues, and support campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in e-commerce operations and customer service, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B setting.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of e-commerce operations experience is required for this position.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of customer service leadership experience is required to effectively lead the customer service team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with any major e-commerce platform is required for this role.
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for solving problems and improving processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
