Digital Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop digital strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on the online channels
- Implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting and Re-marketing will be required.
- Lead the development of B2C and B2B e-commerce strategies, platforms, and/or partners
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead the cross-platform digital strategy
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
- Develop the digital marketing functions for e-commerce including content creation, social media marketing - design, build, and maintain social media presence, digital market research and analysis and evaluate emerging technologies
- Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Review consumer interactions, manage client data, and identify areas that can be improved
- Draft, present, and be accountable for the annual financial budget and targets
- Oversee and handle Tiktok and Livestream Management
- Manage a team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or another related field
- With at least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in E-commerce is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools & platforms, including (FB|IG|Tiktok|Linkedin|Google Ads Manager, Sprout, Mailchimp, Trello, Airtable, Canva, and related tools)
- Adaptable and can take changes in stride and update their marketing plans with expert flair
- Strong team player
- Ability to work independently and fast paced environments
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, up to senior management
