Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact visual content.
  • Develop engaging visual assets for product listings, promotional banners, web & email graphics, social media  and print catalogs.
  • Oversee and contribute to multimedia design projects, including motion graphics, short video clips, and interactive content.
  • Design promotional materials for sales events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Optimize website and multimedia content to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visuals align with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Establish and maintain brand consistency across all visual channels.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in e-commerce and multimedia design.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of professional design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar).
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and guide others effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to present ideas and provide feedback constructively.
