Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Specialist, Admissions Service and support education counsellors and students throughout the application process. You will deliver timely, accurate, and solution-focused assistance, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure a smooth admissions journey with professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first service.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • A relevant degree and/or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Experience working in customer service, student support, or related teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong English proficiency
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
  • Strong prioritization, deadline management, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of US, UK, or Australia higher education systems, immigration, and compliance
  • Experience in student admissions/recruitment/higher education
  • Familiarity with education counsellors' needs
  • Customer service experience using messaging platforms
  • Salesforce experience

  • Reference checks
  • Identity and qualifications verification
  • NBI clearance may be required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist prospective students and counsellors in understanding admission offers and guide them through confirmation and enrollment
  • Serve as first point of contact for admissions-related inquiries
  • Provide accurate, timely responses across chat, email, and phone
  • Research and resolve complex issues using multiple information sources
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support admissions operations by resending documents, clarifying requirements, and guiding processes
  • Manage application pipelines and provide insights for conversion activity
  • Escalate issues to relevant departments as necessary
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data entry in all systems
  • Meet SLAs for response times and customer satisfaction
  • Stay aligned with compliance policies through regular training
