We're looking for an Admissions Advisor who thrives on intelligent effort, brings precision to every decision, and delivers a standout applicant experience.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, fairness, and efficiency. You'll work closely with Admissions Tutors and other stakeholders to ensure every qualified applicant gets the opportunity they deserve.

What You'll Be Doing


• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience to applicants.


• Make admissions decisions based on university selection criteria and English language requirements.


• Short-list applicants for interviews and manage the pre-CAS process.


• Input decisions into our system and issue offers with accuracy and care.


• Liaise with applicants to gather additional information when needed.


• Maintain exemplary admissions records, especially for CAS under UKVI regulations.


• Respond to enquiries and manage cases within service level agreements.


• Support the university in meeting student number targets by admitting suitably qualified applicants.


• Contribute flexibly to the evolving needs of the business.
