Admissions Manager
- Oversees all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment ensuring the team provides excellent service to leads and HG families
- Lead, mentor and coach the admissions team to ensure alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and vision
- Ensure the admissions team is well-versed in the programs and services offered by HG
- Manage, support, and monitor relevant team members' adherence to set SLAs and SOPs
- Champion and drive proper use, training, and improvement of all related tools, systems, and channels (helpdesk, CRM, VoIP, etc).
- Represents the company at activation events, orientation, community gatherings, and other related activities.
- Work with the Marketing team and to develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract, enroll, and retain HG students.
- Create and analyze admissions data, including application numbers, conversion rates, enrollment count, trends, etc.
- Draft, review, and improve SOPs for various aspects of the admissions process (inquiry handling, enrollment, etc.) to make them more efficient
- Update templates and procedures based on changes in tools, regulations, or evolving organizational goals.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders (hubs, Learn, Records, SQM, etc) to ensure alignment on the admissions requirements and processes.
- Coordinate with Billing team to ensure that families receive accurate information about program fees, payment options, installment plans, etc which helps create a positive admissions experience and facilitates smooth enrollment.
- Work closely with the records team to ensure that student data aligns with accreditation standards for record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate regularlywith the records team to stay updated on policy changes, system improvements, or any new documentation requirements that may impact the admissions process.
- Support Program Managers to establish and refine admissions criteria and processes that meet the academic standards of each program.
- Collaborate with IT team/developers to ensure that the systems and technologies used in the admissions process function smoothly and conveniently for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct service recovery and handle escalations as needed in collaboration with relevant team members and business units
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred.)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with admissions software and data management systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of admissions best practices, trends, and regulations.
- Good customer service skillsfocused on creating positive experiences for internal and external stakeholders
