E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist

We're on the lookout for an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist who's excited to deliver exceptional service across our digital platforms. Reporting to the E-Commerce Assistant Manager, you'll be at the frontline of our online marketplace, assisting customers with their needs and making sure every interaction ends on a high note.

You'll be the reassuring presence behind every chat and email—listening closely, solving concerns with care, and helping customers find exactly what they need. Recommending the right products will be second nature to you, and your genuine care will drive loyalty and sales.

You'll collaborate with our Fulfillment and Marketplace teams to resolve any issues swiftly, keeping the customer experience seamless. With your product knowledge and customer-first mindset, you'll also spot opportunities to upsell and help customers discover more of what they love.

And yes, we'll keep you updated with all the latest product info and campaigns, so you're always equipped to provide the best support possible.

Requirements:


• Degree in Communications/Marketing and/or a related field


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Familiarity with online marketplaces and social media communication platforms


• Knowledge and/or work experience in health supplements, diet, nutrition, and human anatomy is a plus


• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable


• With good organizational skills and attention to detail
