A boutique recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a talented Recruitment Executive to support consultants with candidate sourcing, phone screening, and database management, while providing key administrative support. This is a fully remote, work from home (WFH) position, with flexible work hours (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Review CVs and job applications, shortlisting suitable candidates

  • Conduct structured video or phone screening calls with candidates

  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination

  • Format CVs and prepare polished client submissions

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and perform regular database updates

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills are essential.

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is strongly preferred

  • Prior exposure to candidate screening or executive search is advantageous

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word) and strong IT literacy
