About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced US Recruiter to join our growing team The ideal candidate has strong experience in executive and sales recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring for clients across the US market. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions, including executive, sales, and leadership roles.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on US labor trends, market insights, and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably handling executive and sales roles.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Taleo, or similar).
  • Willing to report onsite once a month in Ortigas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
