Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Corporate Strategy

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to define long-term vision, strategic objectives, and key initiatives.
  • Translate the corporate strategy into operational plans, goals, KPIs, and performance measures.
  • Monitor progress against strategic objectives, perform scenario planning, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct environmental scans (market, competitive, internal capability) and provide insights that influence strategy formulation.

Organizational Development & Structure

  • Assess current organizational structures, roles, workflows, and capabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Design, develop and implement organizational development interventions (e.g., change management, culture initiatives, competency frameworks, talent / succession planning)

Organizational Performance & Metrics

  • Define and implement performance management systems, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track the achievement of strategic goals and operational targets.
  • Analyze data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead change initiatives focused on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and capability building.
  • Provide guidance to business leaders and managers on aligning team and individual performance with the broader strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, performance management or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and drive change in a dynamic setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
