About the role

As an Accounting Analyst at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp., you will play a pivotal role in the company's financial accurate capture, evaluation, reconciliation and posting of company's cash and bank related transactions in the system in close collaboration with other members of Accounting and Finance Team.   This full-time, office-based position in Santolan, Pasig City Metro Manila is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial professional to contribute to the strategic objectives of a leading business services provider.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensures accurate and timely recording of all cash and bank-related transactions in the system.
  2. Performs daily encoding of AR, PR, CR, and OR.
  3. Generates checks with 100% accuracy in printing and prepares corresponding Check Vouchers.
  4. Generates checks with 100% accuracy in printing and prepares corresponding Check Vouchers.
  5. Records debit transactions and ensures proper posting of all payments.

  6. Accurately records all bank-related transactions including:

  7. Loan payments (principal and interest)

  8. Loan releases/proceeds

  9. Finance lease monthly amortization

  10. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed

  11. Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Closing, Compliance and Documentation, Process Management and Quality Management Systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Technology, Accountancy, or any business related courses or its equivalent

  • With at least two (2) years of experience in General Accounting tasks, or treasury related task

  • With knowledge in using SAP or similar Accounting software

  • Professional qualification such as CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
