Sr. FP&A Manager - Onsite/Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial performance and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for P&L reporting, revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and the DVP of FP&A to evaluate and recommend strategies for financial performance.
  • Lead recurring financial discussions and develop action plans to exceed targets.
  • Manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to deliver clear, actionable financial insights.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on recurring duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-level financial analysis and business partnering roles.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results.
  • Strong negotiation skills for client, vendor, and service contracts.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial systems in an international organization.
