JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Micro Space Planning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the placement of individual products within store shelves and displays, ensuring a strategic and visually appealing arrangement. The Micro Space Planning Analyst will leverage data analysis and spatial optimization techniques to enhance the efficiency and profitability of our product presentations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Micro Space Optimization. Analyze micro-level data, including product performance, sales trends, and customer behavior, to optimize the placement of individual products within store shelves. Develop and implement micro space allocation strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Planogram Development and Execution. Collaborate with merchandisers and store managers to create and execute micro-level planograms. Ensure that planograms adhere to product-specific goals, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Data Analysis and Insights. Utilize space planning software and analytical tools to interpret detailed datasets related to individual product performance and customer preferences. Generate insights and reports to inform decision-making on micro space planning and assortment strategies.
  • Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, inventory management, and marketing, to align micro space planning strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product placement and enhance the overall in-store experience.
  • Continuous Improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in micro space planning. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative and efficient micro space planning methodologies.

QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in micro space planning, planogram development, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in space planning software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work location: Robinson Retail Holdings, Inc. Building 4 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Work arrangement: Mondays to Fridays – 8AM to 6:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
