About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Admin Manager to join our team at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp. As a key member of our HR and operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our business. This full-time position is based in Santolan, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee all HR Shared Services functions and Administration, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and learning and development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handles incident reports and documentation on disciplinary action, administrative hearings, represents the company at SENA or NLRC if necessary
- Manage the administrative and operational aspects of the business, including office management and facilities (e.g. vehicle monitoring, office supplies etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR and administrative challenges
- Provide HR and administrative guidance and support to managers and employees
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR and administrative processes for greater efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Prepares reports on strategical planning and town hall meetings
- Contract Management for various agency vendors of the company
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative management role, preferably in a shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficient in using HR and administrative software, such as HRIS, payroll, and office management tools
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Team Player and a Cheerful Leader, can motivate the HR and Admin team even the entire organization
