Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue leads via LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry-specific sources (e.g. dental clinics via Google).
  • Conduct targeted cold calls to dental professionals and clinics in Australia to introduce products and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and sales representatives.
  • Manage follow-up inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely handover to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day business operations and general admin tasks.
  • Monitor and manage functional email inboxes, responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Resolve operational queries and support internal documentation processes.
  • Provide administrative support to a client in the BPO industry, including coordination, communication, and basic data entry tasks as required.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform basic data entry to maintain accurate records and support reporting needs.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outbound calling or lead generation, ideally within healthcare, dental, or medical equipment sectors.
  • Prior experience supporting Australian clients or working with Australian businesses.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner suited to Australian clientele.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product benefits relevant to dental professionals.
  • Solid administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different teams or clients.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
