Job Description:
To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions, maintaining customer records, coordinating with clients, and assisting in the achievement of sales targets for the organization's products and services (e.g., memberships, insurance, roadside assistance, travel services, and other motoring-related offerings).
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Encode and process membership applications and renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date client databases and sales records.
Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management.
Customer Coordination
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely processing of applications or renewals.
Handle basic complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
Sales Assistance
Support field sales agents with document preparation and lead coordination.
- Coordinate scheduling of sales appointments, meetings, and events.
Track leads, prospects, and feedback using CRM or internal tools.
Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with departments such as Finance, Marketing, and Member Services to ensure smooth processing of applications and payments.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales campaigns, promotional materials, and member events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations.
- Organize and file sales-related documents, applications, and contracts.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Strong experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Background in automotive, insurance, or membership organizations is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional demeanor and client-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php600.00 per day

- Lipa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
