Position Overview

The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. You'll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and HR to fill various roles, including property management coordinators, maintenance coordinators, administrative professionals, and other roles.

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop clear hiring strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate updates between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to HR and Management.
• Stay informed on current hiring trends in the U.S. and Latin American talent markets.
• Uphold company values, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to U.S. clients or companies.
• Proven ability to source candidates for various roles, from entry-level to mid-management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required).
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (California hours).

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for real estate, construction, or property management industries.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor market trends and candidate expectations.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
