The Role

You'll source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client roles. You'll work closely with the Recruitment Manager to deliver quality candidates quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and English proficiency
  • Build shortlists for CSMs to present to clients
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS
  • Hit weekly sourcing and submission targets

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment or sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Comfortable with high-volume sourcing
  • Strong English communication
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
