Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter who can own and streamline the early stages of our hiring process. You will review resumes, shortlist strong matches, conduct initial interviews, and ensure every candidate has a smooth, timely, and positive experience with Wondrfly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming resumes and evaluate candidates against Wondrfly's role requirements and standards.
  • Build and maintain organized pipelines across multiple roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess experience, communication, culture fit, and readiness.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to candidate inquiries.
  • Manage all follow-up communication and next steps, including scheduling and status updates.
  • Keep clean, accurate notes and updates across our recruiting workflow.
  • Work closely with Wondrfly leadership to refine screening criteria and improve the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong ability to evaluate resumes and identify relevant skills and red flags.
  • Experience conducting structured screening calls or video interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, candidate-friendly style.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for product, design, tech, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and structured hiring workflows.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or early-stage company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
