Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations. The successful candidate will oversee full-cycle hiring, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.

This position requires strong experience with U.S.-based recruitment, preferably within the construction and roofing industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with client staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and U.S. employment standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment for U.S.-based manpower or staffing companies.
  • Strong understanding of construction and roofing industry roles and workforce requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and major recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail.
