About the role
Ubiquity is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. This is a full-time position that will play a strategic role in supporting our people and operations as we continue to expand our presence across the region. Relocation assistance will be provided for the successful candidate.

What you'll be doingAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources managementDesign and implement effective HR policies, programmes and initiatives that support the overall business strategyManage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional developmentCollaborate with the broader HR team to drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulationsProvide hands-on support for complex HR matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary proceedings and terminationsLeverage data and analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions and demonstrate the impact of HR initiativesAct as a culture ambassador, promoting Ubiquity's values and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforceWhat we're looking for5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR roleExcellent knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices and talent management principlesStrong business acumen and the ability to understand and support diverse business needsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise and influence at all levelsProven track record of driving positive change and delivering impactful HR initiativesDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldMust be willing to report onsite and night shift scheduleRelocation Assistance ProvidedWhat we offer
