We are a PH-based BPO hiring for a long-term role with a stable Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role combines bookkeeping and administration, supporting finance and operations teams with clear processes and ongoing guidance.

IMPORTANT: Please apply ONLY if you have hands-on Xero and SAP experience.If you have never used SAP, this role is not for you.

What You'll DoBOOKKEEPING (Must-Have Experience)

You will assist the finance function with:

  • Processing supplier & subcontractor invoices from email
  • Processing remittances & prioritising subcontractor & supplier payments
  • Managing aged payables
  • Uploading invoices into Dext
  • Managing invoice records in PowerPro (DMS)
  • Handling AP/AR
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Staff wages management
  • Using SAP as part of bookkeeping workflows
  • Other bookkeeping tasks as agreed in writing

These are mandatory, hands-on tasks. We are not considering candidates without real bookkeeping experience.

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT (RTO Operations)

Australian RTO experience is highly preferred — if you have it, you jump to the top of the list.

You will support the RTO operations team with:

  • Managing sales, trainer, and customer email inboxes
  • Handling student enrolments
  • Admin-related invoice processing
  • Issuing outcomes and Statements of Attainment (SOA)
  • Preparing and organising documents
  • Coordinating rosters and schedules
  • Data entry and database management
  • Course creation, booking, and coordination
  • Online/web research
  • General administrative tasks as needed

Essential Requirements (No Exceptions)

1. Hands-on Xero Experience (Min. 1 Year)

Experience with:

  • AP/AR
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Invoice processing
  • Wage-related tasks
  • Dext/Receipt Bank

2. Hands-on SAP Experience

Any module (FI, MM, etc.) used for:

  • Finance
  • Bookkeeping
  • Administrative processing

3. Strong Administrative Background

Experience in:

  • Handling shared inboxes
  • Scheduling & coordination
  • Document preparation
  • Data entry
  • Working across multiple systems

4. Excellent English (Written)

Role is email-heavy — clear, professional writing required.

5. Fully WFH Ready

  • Stable, high-speed internet
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • Ability to work in structured workflows

Strong Advantage (Not Required, but Big Plus)

Candidates with any of the following will be prioritised:

  • Australian RTO experience (very strong advantage)
  • Experience in training/education/VET
  • Experience issuing SOAs or handling enrolments
  • Admin experience in regulated industries

Compensation

  • ₱40,000–₱50,000 PHP/month
