Qualifications:

  • Basic Video Production and Editing Skills: Experience in using video editing software and shooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of Camera Equipment: Familiarity with different types of cameras and their functions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera and lighting equipment.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical information and present ideas effectively.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Shooting and editing video content for various projects, including social media, websites, and internal/external communications.
  • Content Creation: Developing and implementing social media content plans, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
  • Technical Expertise: Managing and troubleshooting studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Training and Mentorship: Potentially training and mentoring team members on camera operation and best practices.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills are likely needed for interacting with clients and team members.
