Signature Home Products Inc., the company behind Petking, Perma, Signature Care, and Signature Home, is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media engagement, and paid digital marketing. You'll manage multiple Facebook pages, handle social ad campaigns, and help strengthen our presence across TikTok and other platforms—all with the goal of increasing brand visibility and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow multiple Facebook pages (Signature Home, Petking, Perma, and Signature Care).
  • Create, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads to promote products and campaigns effectively.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok videos and other short-form content.
  • Work with the Graphic Artist to create the necessary artworks, layouts, and promotional materials for social media and online ads.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Promote and support our e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop) through creative social media campaigns.
  • Conduct live selling sessions and engage directly with audiences to drive conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, ad performance, and engagement metrics to continuously improve results.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align content and ad campaigns with overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing brand pages on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (ad setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting).
  • Skilled in video shooting and editing (mobile or DSLR experience a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Familiar with e-commerce marketing and social media promotions.
  • Confident and energetic, comfortable with on-camera presence for live selling.
  • Highly creative, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
