Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Remote Security Monitoring Specialist (CCTV Monitoring & Incident Escalation Support) to provide overnight surveillance and incident escalation support for company locations. This role focuses on monitoring live camera feeds, identifying unusual activity, and promptly escalating issues to authorized U.S. contacts following approved procedures. This is a non‑enforcement support role – the specialist’s function is to monitor, document, and expedite incidents, not to intervene or act as on‑site security personnel. Work Setup Fully remote – work from anywhere Operates on U.S. time zone (night shift in PH time) No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement (e.g., social security) Weekly pay cycle Compensation and Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) U.S. & selected local holidays observed High‑energy, fun, and collaborative culture Opportunity for career growth and advancement with a rapidly expanding company Job Responsibilities Monitor assigned CCTV feeds in real time during scheduled hours Document and report any unusual activity, motion, or security‑related concerns Escalate incidents promptly to designated Branch Managers or Operations leadership Follow established SOPs for security notifications and escalation hierarchy Maintain detailed surveillance logs, incident reports, and activity notes Perform routine system checks (camera uptime and basic connection status) Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, and secure system access at all times Not Within Scope To maintain compliance, this role does not: Perform physical security duties Act as an on‑site guard or enforce security protocols Directly interface with law enforcement unless explicitly authorized in SOP Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, operations support, BPO/NOC, or virtual assistance preferred Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to stay alert and focused during overnight hours Strong communication skills and the ability to escalates clearly and calmly Familiarity with basic security monitoring systems or software (preferred but not required) Ability to follow structured procedures and escalation workflows High level of reliability, integrity, and confidentiality Preferred Skills Familiarity with security protocols and incident response workflows Experience working with remote coordination tools or monitoring platforms Background in facilities operations, risk management, or process documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
