Job Summary:

The Technical staff is responsible for managing technical tasks and systems related to streaming, gaming, and technical team support. This role ensures seamless operation and configuration of broadcasting tools, oversees game systems, provides technical assistance, and acts as an in-game chat moderator. It also includes installation, adjustments, and maintenance of equipment such as cameras, lights, and cables.

Key Responsibilities:


• Streaming Operations & Configurations: Primary handling of OBS streaming operations and configurations.


• Operate camera switchers and DMX controllers for seamless broadcasting.


• Game System Management: Input and update game results accurately.


• Operate the game systems throughout the full cycle.


• Act as an in-game chat moderator during gaming sessions.


• Technical Team Support: Provide technical support for the team in all aspects.


• Substitute for stream and game engineers during their breaks.


• Ensure timely response and readiness for unexpected technical needs.


• Equipment Management: Mount, adjust, and install cameras and lighting equipment.


• Perform cable management for SDI, LAN, COAX, and power cables.


• Maintain wireless devices, such as lapels, microphones, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:


• Proficiency in OBS and streaming platforms.


• Strong knowledge of camera switchers and DMX controllers.


• Expertise in game system interfaces and result input.


• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain technical equipment.


• Solid understanding of cable management and wireless devices.


• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.


• Adaptability and quick problem-solving in dynamic environments.


• Willing to work in shifting schedule since studio operation is 24/7


• Willing to do overtime, and attend emergency cases, when necessary, as the job demands
